    The Constant Rise

    In 2021, Ningbo Charity Federation raised 196.5 million RMB in charitable donations. Contributions from Ningbo general federations at two different levels totaled 1.0507 billion RMB.

    2021年，市慈善总会募集善款1.965亿元，全市两级慈善总会共募集善款10.507亿元。

    In recent years, records for charitable giving have been broken many times. In 2020, the total amount exceeded 100 million for the first time, a year-on-year increase of 74%. 2021’s total volume increased 20% from 2020, reaching a new record high.

    近年来，市慈善总会善款募集数额屡创新高。其中，2020年首次突破1亿元，且较前一年增长了74%；2021年，募集善款数额较2020年增长20%，再创历史新高。

    Charitable giving by source

    According to data analysis, charitable giving was mainly from the One-Day-Donation Campaign, Titled Funds, Emergency Donations and Daily Donations.

    通过对2021年市慈善总会募捐情况进行分析，善款主要来自于慈善一日捐、慈善冠名基金、应急募集和日常捐赠等。

    In 2021, Ningbo Charity Federation launched the 22nd One-day-Donation Campaign, receiving more than 9.43 million RMB. Different titled donations totaled 32.129 million RMB. For Daily donations, more than 39 thousand people donated over 4.3 million online.

    2021年，市慈善总会开展第22次“慈善一日捐”活动，共募得善款943万余元；各类慈善冠名基金到账3212.9万元；3.9万人次通过网络捐款430多万元。

    Moreover, changes have taken place in the source of charitable giving, such as the expanding span of collaborated donations, promoted donations channels for emergency fundraising and the Ningbo charitable trust pilot that succeeded in 2021.

    此外，善款来源有这些新变化。例如，慈善跨界合作的范围在不断扩大、慈善应急募捐的渠道越发完善和慈善信托在2021年试点成功等。

    Giving to the poor

    In 2021, a total of 187.6 million RMB was given from the Ningbo Charity Federation, mainly to the poor, medical and education sector, emergency relief and paired-up assistance.

    2021年，市慈善总会救助支出1.876亿元，主要用于扶贫济困、助医助学、应急救助和对口帮扶等方面。

    Ningbo Charity Federation delivered 50.727 million RMB in poverty alleviation, helping 76.553 thousand households. A total of 0.6 million RMB was given to 200 undergraduates from poverty-stricken families to support school education. In terms of supporting medical care, medications are given to individuals in poor financial conditions with leukemia and those with malignant tumors. When it comes to emergency relief, 2,362 households impacted by typhoon In-Fa have received 7.086 million RMB from Ningbo Charity Federation and another 40.91 million RMB was given to 69,924 families impacted by typhoon In-Fa.

    例如，扶贫方面，全大市共安排善款5072.7万元，惠及困难家庭76552户；助学方面，为200名家庭困难的大学生，发放助学金60万元；助医方面，继续向困难白血病、恶性肿瘤患者发放药物，合计2645人次，价值3233万元；应急救助方面，针对台风“烟花”带来的损失，市慈善总会帮扶2362户受灾困难群众，支出善款708.6万元，补充帮扶69924户受灾居民家庭，支出4091万元。

    Deepening digitalization

    Correlation can be seen between charitable giving by donors and charitable giving to recipients: more from donors resulting in more to donees.

    慈善募捐收入与救助支出一直都呈正相关关系，当年募集到的善款越多，用于救助的支出金额也就越高。

    What’s more, charitable undertakings are becoming more digitalized. Ningbo Charity Federation has opened several online platforms including a consultation platform named “Zhezhengding” and a footprint donation platform named “Yongxingshan”. Moreover, an electric receipts management platform for Ningbo charities is in progress.

    此外，慈善事业也在不断拥抱“数字化”。市慈善总会开通了“浙政钉”线上咨询平台、开发“甬行善”网络捐步平台以及开发宁波慈善组织电子捐赠票据管理平台等。
