    As the 19th Asian Games ushered in its 100-day countdown on June 15, Ningbo athletes have entered the “final push” phase, vying for a place to compete for medals at the global sporting showpiece.

    6月15日，杭州亚运会迎来倒计时100天。期待去亚运会上争金夺银，正努力争取亚运会参赛资格的宁波运动员们也进入了“冲刺”阶段。

    Over twenty Ningbo athletes are engaged in the selection process for the event this year, competing in more than ten sports disciplines such as athletics, swimming, shooting, gymnastics, and sport climbing.

    据了解，今年参加杭州亚运会备战选拔的宁波运动员有20余人，涉及田径、游泳、射击、体操、攀岩等十余个运动项目。

    China’s current national team selection by competition suggests that two Ningbo swimmers, Wang Shun and Yu Yiting, have stood out in their respective events. Thanks to their impressive performances, the two have secured a place in the Chinese swimming team for The World Aquatics Championships Fukuoka 2023. Following their participation at the World Championships this July, the two potential winners are to strive for gold medals at the Asian Games in Hangzhou this September.

    从目前各项目国家队选拔赛情况来看，游泳项目汪顺、余依婷两位宁波选手在选拔赛上的成绩最为亮眼。他们凭借出色的表现，顺利进入了中国游泳队参加今年7月福冈世界游泳锦标赛的名单。在完成世锦赛任务之后，他们的目标就是杭州亚运会的金牌。

    Other Ningbo athletes ― including Feng Sixuan (Shooting), Wang Chang (Badminton), Zhang Xinyi (Gymnastics), and Zeng Yingying (Break Dancing) ― have also achieved remarkable results in recent competitions.

    近期，冯思璇（射击）、王昶（羽毛球）、张欣怡（体操）、曾莹莹（霹雳舞）等宁波选手在各类赛事中也捷报频传。

    Last month, Feng Sixuan clinched the women’s 25-meter pistol gold at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup Baku 2023 in Azerbaijan. This marked her second triumph in the World Cup stage finals of the year, following her maiden championship at the ISSF World Cup in Lima, Peru, back in April.

    上月举行的射击世界杯阿塞拜疆巴库站比赛中，冯思璇在女子25米运动手枪决赛中获得冠军，这是她今年获得的第二个世界杯分站赛冠军。4月在射击世界杯秘鲁利马站的比赛中，她也是该项目的金牌得主。

    Badminton player Wang Chang finished runner-up with his partner Liang Weikeng in the men’s doubles at the KFF Singapore Open 2023, which concluded on June 11. Their silver medal triumph has propelled them to the second spot in the current world badminton ranking for men’s doubles.

    羽毛球方面，王昶在6月11日结束的新加坡羽毛球公开赛男双决赛上，和搭档梁伟铿获得了亚军，由此他们的世界排名也上升至第2位。

    Zhang Xinyi, a young gymnast born in 2007, took an impressive tally of 3 golds, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medal in April as she went in for this year’s Chinese National Artistic Gymnastics Championships on behalf of the Zhejiang provincial team. On June 15th, Zhang shone in the 10th Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships held in Singapore.

    2007年出生的体操小将张欣怡在4月份举行的全国体操冠军赛上代表浙江省队参赛，获得了3金2银1铜。6月15日，张欣怡还参加了在新加坡举行的第10届亚洲体操锦标赛。

    This January, China announced the roster of its first breaking national team, consisting of 8 athletes (4 males and 4 females). Among the distinguished team members, Zeng Yingying is the star dancer representing Ningbo. The team’s primary objective is to showcase China’s dance talent at the 2023 World Breaking Championships in Belgium this September and subsequently at the 19th Asian Games. It is noteworthy that the champions of these two paramount events are guaranteed entry into the 2024 Paris Olympics.

    今年1月，8名选手（4男4女）组成了首支正式的霹雳舞中国国家队，宁波市街舞队明星选手曾莹莹正是其中一员。对这支新成立的国家队来说，今年最重要的任务是9月在比利时举行的世锦赛以及随后的杭州亚运会，这两场赛事的冠军将直接获得明年巴黎奥运会参赛资格。

    Moreover, esteemed Olympians such as Yang Qian (Shooting), Shi Zhiyong (Weightlifting), Li Ling (Athletics), and Zhang Xingjia (Equestrian) have demonstrated unwavering commitment towards their training program, aiming for honor and titles at the Asian Games. In the same vein, Cao Yunzhu (Trampoline), Fan Xinyi (Trampoline), and Gu Quanquan (Cycling) ― among other Ningbo athletes ― also share a resolute drive towards success in their respective sporting disciplines.

    除了这些选手之外，奥运名将杨倩（射击）、石智勇（举重）、李玲（田径）以及张兴嘉（马术），曹云珠、范心怡（蹦床），顾权权（小轮车）等宁波选手也均厉兵秣马，期待亚运争光。
