    After four years of closure for renovation, Phoenix Park in Beilun, Ningbo reopened on June 1.

    时隔四年，位于宁波北仑凤凰城核心区的凤凰公园一期于6月1日正式对外试运营。

    Phoenix Park first opened in 2006 and has long been the favorite amusement park for children in Ningbo. Due to its aging facilities, the park was closed in 2019.

    公园所处位置是大家熟知的原北仑凤凰山海港乐园。由于设施老化，该乐园在2019年关闭。

    In the first phase of the park's renovation, an expansive area of 72,000 square meters has been transformed. It features a variety of attractions, including a circular track, an engaging marine-themed gaming zone, a performance stage, a gateball ground, a waterpark, a sandpit, and an indoor park.

    翻修后的公园一期占地面积为72,000平方米，包含环形赛道、海洋主题游戏区、舞台、门球场、水上乐园、沙坑和室内公园等设施。

    To celebrate the park's grand opening on International Children's Day, a range of exciting activities took place, including a charity sale, captivating performances, and a delightful outdoor fair.

    试运营当天，公园还举办了儿童义卖、幼儿才艺汇演、大小孩游园会等活动。

    The second phase of the park's renovation is ongoing; the newly-transformed area will be open to the public next spring. Construction on the 470,000-square-meter Phoenix Mountain Park will start at the end of 2023, preparing it for a 2026 opening.

    预计明年春季，凤凰公园二期可对外开放。此外，年底即将开工建设占地面积约47万平方米的凤凰山山体公园，计划将在2026年陆续向市民开放。
