On October 24, Ningbo Fashion Festival 2021 drew a successful closure. Within four days, 265 brands of 218 enterprises were exhibited, more than 30 activities such as fashion exhibitions, economic and trade forums, and fashion releases were held, more than 25,000 domestic merchants and 28 trade groups attended the meeting for negotiation and procurement, and more than 10,000 non-professional visitors came to the event.
There were a lot of technology elements in the fashion festival this year. In Juccce exhibition area, after the scanning sorter and automatic packaging machine were combined together, it could replace human to complete a series of works such as sorting, packaging and others, so as to solve the automation and intelligent problems of garment production. The equipment was at least three times more efficient than traditional manual operations.
The Baixiaot, which has rapidly become popular in the past two years, showed the latest innovative achievements. Under the directly injected liquid nitrogen environment of - 196 ℃, the surface temperature of the "spacesuit" decreased by only 2.2 ℃.
In addition, Baixiaot also released a series of functional clothes that use high-end new scientific and technological materials. Likely, they were just applied to the textile field.
A heating vest from ElasTech was very useful in wet and cold winter. The technology could meet the heating needs of a garment with only a matchbox-sized portable battery.
Moreover, this kind of fabric could be machine washed. And now, a famous textile brand has purchased this product and made it into a heating blanket.
Technology is changing, and so are relevant industries in Ningbo. As the pioneer of China's modern garment industry, Ningbo is also an important high-quality garment manufacturing base, export base, and branding base.
In recent years, leveraging its strong industrial foundation and advanced intelligent manufacturing technology, Ningbo is accelerating its transformation from a famous "clothing city" to a "fashion city".
